Vacation Rental Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Apartments are only available from 1 pm on the day of arrival (unless previously agreed otherwise) and Guests who think they may arrive late should notify us, as accommodation is considered cancelled and free to re-let if a Guest has not arrived by 5 pm, (unless previously agreed otherwise).
Apartments need to be vacated and clear of personal belongings by 10 am on the day of departure (unless previously agreed otherwise).
Apartments must not be occupied by more persons than originally stated in the Booking and no visitors are allowed in the apartments unless previously agreed by the management, who reserve the right to refuse or accept visitors.
The management cannot accept responsibility for valuables belonging to Guests left in the apartments.
Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages they cause (accidental or otherwise) but they should inform us of any such occurrences, so we can rectify any problem quickly for their benefit and that of future Guests.
Guests are expected to keep their apartments clean and avoiding undue noise which might disturb other Guests.
The management reserve the right to cancel a Guest’s accommodation if at any time their behaviour is such, that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby disturbed or endangered. In this event, the Guest will be told to leave without entitlement to any partial refund.
Guests who use the Reads Court car park should note that the management cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the vehicle or its contents.
A Bond payment for keys and TV controls is normally required on arrival, but refunded in full on the return of keys, the TV controls and providing the apartment has been left clean and tidy and in good order.
We provide accommodation for singles, couples and families and cannot provide accommodation for “stag” or “hen” parties.
We do not accept pets.
If you need to cancel your booking after making a full or deposit payment, the following charges will be made and the remainder of the balance refunded to you:
Period of Notice Given:
Over 28 days notice given: £25 admin. Charge per apartment booked
28 – 22 days notice given: Charge of 25% of total cost up to a maximum of £50 per apartment
21 – 15 days notice given: Charge of 50% of total cost up to a maximum of £100 per apartment
14 – 8 days notice given: Charge of 75% of total cost up to a maximum of £150 per apartment
7 days or less prior notice: Charge of 100%. No refund and the full amount is payable
In the event of you not being able to take up or continue with your booking, you may still be liable for the full cost and may lose the money you have already paid. You may wish to consider taking out Holiday Cancellation Insurance, and a prospectus and application form is available on request.
Deposit : An Amount Equivalent To 50% of the total booking value Is Required To Secure Your Booking
To avoid paying a cancellation penalty, you must cancel your booking 21 day(s) before your arrival date.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 21 day(s) notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
